Hi! I’m Tom.
My journey behind the bar started over 15 years ago. After a couple of years working in nightclubs, I moved to The Blind Pig in Jersey and what began as a job quickly became a passion. Since starting there in 2012, I’ve been perfecting my craft, where I learned that bartending is about so much more than pouring drinks—it’s about creating experiences. From mastering classic cocktails to experimenting with bold, modern flavours, I’ve dedicated myself to the art of mixology.
By day, I work as an IT consultant, but bartending has always been my creative outlet. That balance keeps me sharp: logical problem-solving on one side, creative cocktail design on the other. Founding this mobile bartending business was my way of bringing those years of expertise out of the bar and into your events.
Whether it’s a wedding, birthday celebration, private party, or corporate function, my goal is to make your occasion unforgettable. I bring not only professional bar service to your venue but also a curated cocktail experience tailored to your guests.
